fit and well



i feel unhealthy for the supper and many other junk i consume for the
past few weeks. food loves me and i love food. but unfortunately, i cant hav
em all the time. i couldnt bare to see a lady sumo in the mirror everyday. gross!
so, i knew it was time for me to get bac on track. since exams are over, i guess
ill b having my evening jog regularly starting next week. besides, im also
practising
an apple a day keeps you away from the doctor.
to get rid of my fats was always my desire LOL
